If anything, I think that we will see some increases in the option prices again for MY2010. So far this month BMW have increased prices in a some replacement and accessory parts drastically, up to 80% retail.

I think people should only wait for a 2010 model if you're planning on getting an e92 or e93 to get the new LCI. The e90 just got refreshed for 2009 so I doubt it would get any changes.

And Btw, congrats on the lost weight....And remember to keep it up, and don't ever give up. I myself need to get in shape also.
I'm getting mine in 18 days, but who's counting?

Waited long enough already so will forgo LEDs. I really wanted the new iDrive and got that Don't see them changing the 6MT - re the post above.

Also +1 on weight loss. I got to 249 but now down to ~ 210. Low point was 207, now summer's here it's laps of the pool and more salads! Still, 4" off of waist made me feel a lot better.

If you haven't tried a Short shifting kit yet for your M trust me you will not ask that question again. Way to much space between gears.
UUC SSK cures that though.

Well I'm doing a European Delivery on an 09' with Delivery on the 28th of July.

Can I extend like a week and get an '10 model?

Doubt it .. based on previous history! Usually new MYs are released in Sept. with ED following a month later. Of course if the MY2010 was released in March (for ex. the current MY2010 5-series) then you would've automatically been setup for a 2010. If you are willing to move out to Oct. '09 it could work .. at which point you will be essentially canceling the current order.

I say FORGET it .. enjoy the //M in July .. the best time of the year. I hope to grab the last of the 550i MY2010 (before the introduction of the F10) same time next year hopefully.

I think this will be my 1st mod. Does it affect the warranty terms? Sorry to OP: got OT.

That's what I've heard too. One of my first mods will probably be the AA ssk.

I would cancel your current order and go for a 2010 MY.....You're so close to the next year model.....

From what I've read, the ssk mod will not alter the orginal warranty.

Thumbs up

Metak

I am glad that you like your manual gearbox - the M3 I drove was a very early production car - maybe there was an issue with that particular car

I am going to order a 2010 coupe with the manual I expect it will be the finest sports car Ive ever owned / driven

Thanks for your thoughts

Hi guys,
I'm thinking of getting the M3 and was wondering if the picture is clearer of what options would be available in the 2010 M3? Are there any changes?

Thanks in advance!
