Dont let those lowlives win, get yourself another e9x car.

I don't want to rub salt on fresh wounds but, why oh why would you leave a car like that in a place that is known to have high number of auto thefts, and leave it there overnight no less? Unless, you wanted the car gone... but i doubt that is the case.

I'm sure some wild project will pop up on some website or even Performance BMW's magazine of either a non e9x including wagon M conversion or there's going to be some type of old e46 e30 or something pop up with an S65 swap ....
with that being said I hope they experience rod bearing failure .

You're right , I honestly wasn't aware that I was close to any type of suspect area . I'm from an area where you could leave your front door unlocked and not worry which makes me very naive. My lesson was learned .

Next car will have AAA , LoJack , dash cam and a spare tire .

I hear you. I too, thought that I lived in an area where I could leave my doors open until our subdivision had a rash of break-ins. Now Im having cameras installed next week.
