Look at Rogue Engineering. They're sub $300 new and located in NJ.

I picked up Rogue test pipes about a month ago. They arrived in 2-3 days, the fit is great, the clamps from test pipe to x-pipe fit well, and they really change the sound of your exhaust at ~3000rpm. I like them a lot.
