Limp mode, failing o2 sensors

Hi guys,
My 2012 e92 (dct) has been going into limp mode recently and I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is. I’m having misfires on all bank 2 cylinders (5-8), but I’ve replaced the o2 sensor twice already. After each replacement, it is fine for 2 weeks or so and then the CEL comes back on and I’m back into limp mode.

I’m getting code p2298 “o2 sensor out of range during deceleration” and the codes for the cylinder misfires. My o2 sensors keep going bad and I don’t what the underlying reason could be. Anyone run into this issue before?

I’ve already replaced my spark plugs recently and my mechanic mentioned the coil packs are fine. Injectors on bank 2 and both TAs have been replaced recently as well.

Check your exhaust gasket for leaks at the headers to x pipe connection.
