Engine issues concerns

Hi,I am new owner of an e92 M3,catless pipes,I am hearing this sewing machine noise but seems too loud,should i stop driving it?
some videos attaches this is engine hot

should i stop driving it?

These engines make a lot of noises. I noticed that some noises are louder in cold weather (engine oil taking longer to warm up?).

yes,I am in UK and is very cold at the mom,i am scared about the bearings,but those were changed 10k miles ago...don tknow,I love the car but is stressing me too much

If you had a proper shop replacing the shells you have no reason to worry about them mate.
