About 2 yrs. Now I remember there was a plastic piece protruding inwards from the inside top of the rear wheel arch that was trimmed back to prevent rubbing. Rear is slightly lower than stock too.

I stupidly got a scratch in the bumper from my garage door. Then those voices in my head told me to just replace the bumper. With a badasss one!

Looking good. Ever think about using a UUC Corsa exhaust? I can attest it does wonders for keeping the sound down.

Lol It's funny you say that, I had the Corsa for +1 year without any problem untill I installed test pipes, it then took two weeks before I got pulled over because of the noise, and 2-3 weeks later, same thing, so they gave me two fines in two weeks for having a non OEM muffler on the car! I then decided to change it for the MPE since it's a stock piece so they can't say anything unless they look for the removed cats under the car, which they don't even bother doing! Weirdest thing is that it was not even that loud, I think I just was unlucky...at least that gave me a reason to buy the exhaust I always wanted, and I don't regret it one bit!!

I pair it w/the non-resonated MRF X-pipe w/100 cell cats, and it's loud when I want it to be, and quiet the rest of the time. Very, very pleased with the choice.

Yeah it really sound amazing, specially in the lower RPMs!! Ever thought of replacing the tips with F8x MPE tips, and maybe painting the cans black, I think that's what I would have done if I still had it, the sound was perfect but the look leaves a bit to be desired if you know what I mean?!

I need your x pipe cos I can't stand the stink of full catless and I'd love to see how much torque I can extract over my challenge pipes. Hopefully Malek will make me one :

I don't get any drone w/the Corsa, which is what it was designed not to do in the first place. And on start up, until the cats get warm, there's a slight smell that people notice in the garage @ my office, but when the car is warmed up, all is well.

Have you thought about IPE valvetronic exhaust? Think it would be a great option for Daily. You can have it quite or Race/Loud mode based on your right foot!
