Set of 19" Vorsteiner VFF-103 in Carbon Graphite w/Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 snow tires

Rims were bought in 2015 and have 23k miles on them:
(f) 19x9.5" et22
(r) 19x10.5" et25

Tires were put on in jan 2020 and have 10k miles on them:
(f) 255/35-19
(r) 285/35-19

Never raced. No bends. No flats. Some scratches due to my careless parking and the fact there's zero forgiveness with these rim sizes (see pics).

Tires are evenly worn across the thread and have 1/3 thread left on fronts and 1/4 thread left on the rears.

Do all 4 wheels have misc scratches on them? Asking in case I were interested in refinishing them.

The front two rims are by far the worst. One of the rears have a 1" long shiny scratch (one of the pics show this). The other rear is pretty clean and probably just requires some heavy buffing.

Whoever ends up getting these rims will not be able to grasp how good a deal they made for only $800. They look awesome on the car and they are reasonably lightweight at only 22.4 lbs (f) and 22.8 lbs (r).
