I've been seeing a lot of them going out lately. I'll crunch some numbers and do some work on my end and see where we can go with this. On a side note, if there are any other suggestions you guys have, let me know. One of the members messaged about the AMP issues and possibly refurbishing it. Not sure about it yet but I am looking into it. |

Replying to these inquires is not a priority at the moment. They are not in stock at the moment. BE is estimating that they will have the next shipment sometime in early April. We do NOT take any deposits for to get in line or anything like that. I used to have a thread on the m3post for the BE bearings. We get too many inquires and too less stock. So we don't even advertise it anymore. Stay tuned for instructions on how to get your name on the next batch. For now, we're focusing on Remanufacturing Throttle Actuators for our community while providing the best customer service possible. |

Here's my experience timeline with them.
2/20 Ordered 2 TAs. Paid with Paypal. 2/25 Shipping confirmation email. 2/26 Mark emailed me to let me know the parts shipped and how the process works 2/27 Parts arrived. One of the TAs came broken at the plastic connector but they assured me there wouldn't be an issue. 2/29 Install the TAs and everything works as usual. I ship back the cores 3/2 They received the cores Now I'm currently waiting on my core refund and warranty paperwork to be sent back to me. |

The timeline is exactly what we have advertised on our website. It takes 4-6 business days for the parts to arrive at the customers address as advertised on our website. You got them in 5 business days. Secondly, we process core charges 1-3 business days after receiving the cores back. We received our cores on the 2nd and refund according to our records was processed on the 5th. Again, exactly within our advertised method. Many customers receive their refund the next day. It just depends what time the core come to our door, etc. Finally, we stand behind our work and are willing to go above and beyond our capacity to serve the community. I wish all the customers that have used our service can chime in. But people are busy so I don't blame them. |

We got lucky the last few weeks. Customers send their cores in immediately so we didn't have to wait for cores. Also, some members on the m3post gave or sold their faulty units to us. That helped increase our stock. Hence, we had units on our shelf that could be shipped out the same day or at the very latest, the next day. This is going to be our model moving forward. Trying to maintain a stock on hand all times so we can ship out the next business day to our customers. |

I just installed these TAs on my car last week and it was zero hassle. I highly recommend these guys if you need to replace your TA. They currently have them in stock and they can ship them out to you right away. 👍

I've been trying to reach Abdul by email @ info, @boof, by PM. Nothing since feb
Not too confidence inspiring to be honest. I know it's COVID, so I am understanding, but a sign of life would be nice. Abdul if you are reading this, please check your PMs and your emails. I'd really like to get this done and show my support, but it's difficult if I'm not able to communicate! Wishing you the best in this difficult time. |
