Considering Selling 2013 e92 M3 Interlagos Blue ZCP

I am trying to put some feelers out for selling my M3 as the title states.

Specs:

2013 M3 with Competition Package
Interlagos Blue
69k miles
I am the second owner and have had it for about 5 years and ~45k of those miles.

6MT
CF Roof
NAV
Black leather
Convenience package
Premium package (including carbon leather trim)
Adaptive headlights
voice control (have not even tried using it once)
USB audio

Everything is OEM. I had to replace the front belly pan about 2 years ago, but it was pretty simple. The car has never been in any kind of accident. There is some general wear and tear such as chips in the front bumper from road debris and a decent amount of curb rash on the front valence.

Neither rod bearings nor throttle actuators have been fixed.

The car had one random mechanical issue in my second year of owning the car where an exhaust valve somehow got bent and needed to be replaced, but the BMW dealership took care of it for free and there has been absolutely no problems since.

I know this car is not very common; what do you guys think this could sell for?

You're probably somewhere in the low $30's. Blue, CF roof and 6MT is a generally good spec even if it has nav which makes it one strike away from the unicorn people might want.

The risk with "hasn't had many mechanical issues" can also be an indication of "all of those things are going to break soon". A lot of buyers who are looking for a unique spec like this may look more carefully at a lot of those things.

-Valve covers leaking/seeping?
-Battery old?
-Brakes and tires?

I would say depending on how long you want to sit on it for list it in the low-mid $30's and expect a serious buyer to haggle you down a bit depending on the results of an inspection.
