BMW body shop in NOVA

a reckless driver side swiped my car during lane change causing major damage to drivers side of my car. I am trying to push my insurance company (Geico) to repair it at bmw dealership (not their recommended shop)

Anybody recommends a great bodyshop that will restore my car to what it was before the accident? My whole driver’s side got damaged. I don’t have any experience with any bodyshop in the area

Edit: Attached picture of the car.

They are one of the few NoVa BMW authorized body shops with good reviews on google, so probably worth a shot.

I'd recommend D&V, as well, since I've seen their work many times.

Don't go here. Took them a little over 6 months to fix my car after being rear ended. While who I dealt with was a nice guy, push backs kept being set. My car didn't even start repairs until 3 months in.
I like dealing with the service center & sales at fairfax, but not collision.

Go to D&V Autobody Masters.

I have the same experience. The work I needed done wasn't done the right way either and I ended up having to spend with someone else to finish the job myself.

These guys have good reviews in Vienna but I might research more to send my m3 there. I did use them for my wife's vw and no complaints. > auto body of Vienna

Sorry to hear about the accident. Pain in butt.

I think that can be restored. Based on the age and miles of the car that is where the insurance company will start for their basis.

another vote for D&V. They did a great job on my M3 and the mineral white paint is a PITA to match.

Same experience at BMW of Fairfax Auto body... but for a minor fender bender. Took about 6 weeks for them to respray my rear bumper, and when I finally got to pick up my car, there was paint streaking down the bumper... it put the screaming customer at the desk into perspective.

I agree with you. I think that will be restored but let's see what insurance will say. I am still dealing with who is at fault right now.

I don't mind getting this restored if it can be done and look like as if there were no accidents

D&V has dealt with worse....Alpine white pretty straight forward, you should be good.

I hope this whole thing goes in your favor.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be going to my favor. The other person is claiming that I hit him while switching lanes.

Thanks for your feedback on bodyshop

Just posted a new thread. A few ago. But came across this.
So I’m looking to get a JL Motoring CSL Trunk painted alpine white, in addition I want the slight carbon fiber at the tip of the lip of trunk. I see exquisite work in pictures on social media. Would like the same. any info would be good .
