WTB: 2008+ M3 with mods in California

Hey guys,
I've just sold my E46 M3 and will be replacing her with a newer model M3.

I'd like to not have to go through the modding process again, so it'd be nice to find a car that has suspension, wheels, exhaust, front lip, trunk.

Let me know what you have and how much. Color is not a big deal but white/red would be ideal, Interlagos Blue, or Space Grey.
