Subwoofer

Has anyone put an aftermarket subwoofer in their trunk? "ghetto blaster"
I installed a subwoofer in my friends car yesterday and I kinda miss the bass my Impala has. would it be hard to do?
I was thinking of getting a custom enclosure in the trunk to get some thumps. I have a JL W7 and a JL 1000W amp in my room and I'm getting kinda tempted...

i have a plexi front box with a mtx 10 as well as a larger box with 2 mtx 12s. both sound about the same actually because the amp isnt enough power for the 12s so i am going back to the one 10 since it weighs less and gives me more trunk room.

LOL!

I just installed the same amp with the Stealth Box. It fricken rocks! I guess I might as well buy some springs now!

This is a pic from JL's webiste as I got home late and it was too dark for pics, but you prolly could not tell the difference between this pic and mine. It looks identical.

I am looking to install something as well, but I want to keep as much trunk space as possible. I was thinking of installing something like this...

http://www.crutchfield.com/p_108BASS...nk.html?tp=114

Or

http://www.crutchfield.com/p_236XTL2...0P.html?tp=114

Has anyone ever dealt with something like this? How hard is it to install since we are dealing with iDrive and the Enhanced Premium Sound?
