you never know wtf is going on though, ive read a lot that it says waiting for ship and its already left and then dealer calls and says hey your car is here

you might want to check the bmw website or call your dealership to find out where the car is. your car may be on a boat already. 9 days is a long time to be waiting. the dealer would have the most accurate info.
