>> LuxAngelEyes ˃˃ LUX H8 160- 7000K White LED Angel Eyes, 160W equivalent

Once again LUX sets the industry benchmark for LED replacement lighting with our latest product, the LUX H8 160 Angel Eyes . These pure white angel eyes replacements offer a clean updated look to the car closely resembling the newer model cars. The LUX H8 160 angel eyes patented design utilizes 8 Cree LED's offer unmatched brightness to both the inner and outer angel eyes

LUX H8 160 angel eyes produce a total of 3200 lumen of pure white 7000k light which is the halogen equivalent of 160 watts! The stock 35 watt halogen bulb receives only 80-90% power and then drops to 50% power when utilized with the headlights; thus causing the angel eyes to become much dimmer. This is done to reduce heat within the headlight housing. Our LUX H8 160 angel eyes compensate for this dimming and always operate at full power allowing them to be clearly visible in the daytime . Our LED bulbs use a fraction of the power allowing them to run cooler and have a longer lifespan.

The LUX H8 V160 offers the following Features:

• Pure white 7000K white light
• Equivalent to 160 watt halogen bulb
• Over 2x brighter than stock bulbs
• Guaranteed no dimming with all lighting modes
• No flickering on start-up Self Check Sequence
• Please Note - the Fade off feature may cause the angel eyes to pulse off
• Fully Fused and No EMI
• Brightest H8 Style LED Angel Eyes on the Market
• US Patent Number D720,483

Product Compatibility:
• 1-series and 1M – E82 | (2007-2012)
• 3-series Coupes – E92 | (2006-2010) ***
• 3-series Convertibles – E93 | (2006-2010)
• 3-series Sedan LCI (with Xenon) – E90 | (2009-2012)

Interested in personal thoughts if someone picks up a set. I remembered people saying that there weren't a discernible difference between the V4 and V5, but according to the pictures here there looks to be a significant difference between the V4 and 160.

I'm still happy with my V3's I purchased over 2 years ago. Never had any problems with them. I definitely see a big difference from the V3's to 160, not sure if it's enough to upgrade tho. Is there any more heat associated with the 160's? Worried about headlights getting hot inside.

There is actually quite a large difference between the V3's and our current models. The V3's were rated around 760 lumen, V5's 1200 lumen, and 160's are 1600 lumen.

There is no worry about heat since the extra light is coming from better electronics and more efficient LED's.

Fantastic. I love my V3's as well. The color is perfect too I'm hesitant to bump up to 7000k since the 6500 V3 is already the perfect hue of blue.

Interested to see more of these reviews. My V3's have been flawless for the last couple years as well but I would be interested in upgrading.

The color difference will be pretty much the same. The LED's we picked for this are between 6,500 - 7,200K actually. There will be plenty of reviews as well and these lights can also be returned as well. Send me an e-mail if you have any questions.

Got mine in the mail yesterday and installed last night. This is my fourth set of LUX, starting with the V2's on my now-gone 2008 E90M3. V3's were better than the V2's (when the V2's crapped out after 3 years). I put V4's in my (also now-gone) X5M and liked the ability to customize the ring colors. My new-to-me 2013 E92 is such a brilliant color (Santorini) that I wanted to keep it clean with white and these were announced at the perfect time.

Obviously, the change from stock bulbs to ANYTHING whiter is awesome. These really are the brightest I've seen from LUX though. My husband was shocked at how white everything was when I drove around the block and back into the driveway last night. Thanks the the team at LUX for another solid product!

I'll get pics posted this weekend after I get a wash in...

We had a chance to meet up with Nayem today and install the LUX H8 160 angel eyes in his car. Despite a bit of rain the install took only 5 minutes and the lights such a nice change from stock. They were much more clear and defined and looked perfect.

Here is a quick picture we took of the lights installed.
