Diagnosing Rear Axle/Wheel noise/clanking

Trying to diagnose a clanking sound coming from the rear passenger wheel, almost sounds as if the disc/brake shield is loose or has a couple small rocks tumbling around in it.

I've already jacked the car up, free spooled the wheel, checked the caliper, bolts, and dust shield and all seemed fine. Driveshaft is good with no heat shielding touching it.

It only happens when the car is in 1st or Reverse (I can't hear it going any faster), I first noticed it pulling the car in and out of the garage.

Seems like it only happens under load or in gear. Can anyone point me in the right direction or possibly give me any ideas.

Car drives perfectly fine.
Can't hear it whilst driving any faster than 10mph.
Diff. fluid was replaced last year.
Brake pads have plenty of life left.
Can't recreate the noise with the car in the air and spinning the wheel.

I appreciate the help, attached a youtube video since I can't upload my phone videos, and no that's not me, but he's having a similar issue, best example is at 1:40.

2nd video is him having diagnosed it as the driveshaft, but I wanted to see what the real experts thought about it....aka you guys!

I'm just curious if anyone else has had this issue, or has it currently and if it's detrimental to the car.

What would be recommended to replace as a wear item?

Flex disc
Center support bearing

Anything else?

Pretty common when you get up in mileage. I ran the clank for 30k including plenty of track days. Driveshaft gets sloppy over time. New bolts and grease spline and maybe repack the cvjoint.

I've been watching some videos on YouTube and it seems to be related to the overall slop/tolerances increasing.

Car only has 32k miles on it, but from what I gather, it wouldn't be bad to replace the:

Flex disc (guibo?)
CV joint and repacked with BMW CV grease
Center support bearing

Anything else I should order and replace while down there? I appreciate the help
