Price Check: Melbourne Red E90 M3, 148k miles

Hello all, recently posted a thread asking about the integrity of this car in general; but I figured this would be a better place to inquire about the price specially.

Anyways, what should I offer for a:

- Melbourne Red
- E90
- Manual
- Single hump (No iDrive)
- Black interior
- Pre-LCI (production date 05/04/08)
- 148k miles
- Original rod bearings
- Lots of maintenance records
- TBAs done
- Needs a little TLC (paint correction, window seals are cracking, front bumper is fairly scraped up)
- The car will not come with the ARC8s, instead they will come with a grey (repainted) set if OEM 19"s.

Car's history:
Two owners...first owner was a lawyer, who put 95% of the miles that are currently on the car by driving across the state to different districts he had cases in. Always serviced the car at the dealer...the story goes that when his throttle body actuators went he decided he was done with the car, and was going to trade it for an X3 M40i. Before he traded it in, his service advisor offered him cash, instead of trading it in he sold it to said service advisor and then purchased the X3 M40i. The current owner, one of the more successful service advisors in the South West is toying with the idea of selling it for a new M340i.

I was trying to be lenient but if it was me, I would say 11k cash
