Rockville BMW
I know is has been some time but VOB in MD is now Rockville BMW. VOB in my past experience was not very friendly but I was wondering if anyone has any issues, good or not so good with the new Rockville BMW? Hasn't been the easiest to get someone to respond either via phone or email.

VOB/Rockville, whatever they want to call themselves is a HORRIBLE dealer with horrible service. They live off of being one of the highest volume BMW dealers in the country.
Seriously, they tried to swindle my parents by telling them it would cost them to reprogram their second key after the comfort access began malfunctioning...car was still under warranty mind you. Told my mom that it was her fault the key was messed up therefore she would have to pay for it. She was smarter than that and left. My folks work/live <5 minutes from VOB and still prefer to drive to Tischer BMW which is 30-45mins away depending on traffic. Fast forward. Folks shipped the car out here. Took the car over to our neighborhood dealer, Murray BMW, they took it in, reprogrammed everything under warranty, no cost, and explained to us the issue. $0.00 for us. I must say, I've dealt with a handful of BMW dealerships in my short life and I'm glad to say Murray is <10minutes from us.
