1200 mile service

I spoke to the service advisor about what fluids they change at the 1200 mile service. He states that they change the oil and filter along with the differential and DCT fluid. I know from reading posts on here that they do not change the DCT fluid anymore...the car is a 2011. Is there any posted material I can print out to show him? BMW USA service guides are not posted for 2011 cars but the 2010 service guides states no DCT change. Any help would be appreciated

show him the owners manual, it says right in there not to change the DCT fluid...

He's probably reciting that crap from memory. I had a one guy tell me the S65 needs valve adjustments like the S54.

Whatever. He's not the one doing the work so don't worry. Just make sure you double check their work.
