How much would you sell it for
Hey guys, hope all is well.
How much would you sell your Gintani stage2 2009 e90 M3. (18000 miles on it, it has gintani cat back exhaust(stock would come with the car), its Alpine White, has the 19" rims, manual gear box, carbon fiber girl, front lip and rear diffuser, sunroof, navigation, keyless entry, parking sensors, almost very option ) the KBB gave me 39k with change. so im asking nice people some help how much would you sell it for? That sounds pretty low to me, especially given the miles. But the bigger mystery: Why didn't you drive it more???

"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't"
1800 miles in three years = 600/year = 50/month = 1.6/day ... ridiculous must be a typo more like 18,000 or 180,000 or might it be a odometer change out or roll back hmmmm

1800 mi? So you put several mods on the car only to not drive it? Don't imagine the exhaust sounds any better just sitting in your garage.
Price does seem a bit low but even though mileage is ridiculously low it is still ~ 4yr car and it still depreciates. Mods don't add much value, you're better off parting it out and returning to stock. |

~$65,000 new - $39,000 KBB = $26,000. $26,000 / 1,800 miles = $14.4 a mile! |

exactly I think it's time to hoist the I have a feeling the OP is by now. Mind you it's just a feeling. The OP may belong to the strange group of people that purchase a high end car and build a fancy garage around it just to look at it something like the attached photo, who knows.

yeah i never understood why people would post trolls on forums, but trust me this is not an troll. the reason it has such a small amount of miles is because i drive it only during the summers when i'm back in the states,my job has me working in Europe 9to10 months out of the year, now my father in law drives the car around on weekends so it doesn't just sit there. Don't get me wrong, I love my baby. its the first car i bought from my own money. but this car deserves to be driven and not in the garage (no matter how hard it is for me to say that)
oh crap i just now saw it. its not 1800 but 18000 miles. im sorry i confused you guys Last edited by AK44; 02-26-2013 at 02:22 PM.. |

GLWS. Glad to hear you actually did get it out some!
I'd buy it if I hadn't already picked mine up last year. I'd think you could still get ~$45k for it, but check out AutoTrader and eBay to see what comparable cars are being listed and sold for. |
