Flu Shot vs No Flu Shot

Can someone provide evidence that they actually adjust the flu shot in the middle of the season?

I'm reading here that some folks wait until later in the season to get the flu shot so they get an "adjusted" flu shot.

From my understanding and research, there is no adjusted flu shot.

They create a single flu vaccine for the entire year several months before the flu season even hits. I don't recall them ever distributing an adjusted flu shot in the middle of the season. Every website I've checked says to get it as early as possible in the season. I see no reason to wait to get your flu shot.

If you can sweet talk somebody who works in international medicine, they do produce wider-band versions that cover more strains, but mucho dinero (or join the military). You'll also learn about more scary shit than you ever wanted to imagine (until recently 'modern medicine' meant diseases of the Americas and northern Europe, and it's a big planet, so lots of gnarly stuff out there)

I never get the flu shot. Im 23 years old and have yet to get one. I also have yet to catch the flu *knocks on wood*

I only ask that you learn about your body and what it needs. It's the only thing that can cure disease and how you can help it do this.
Ask yourself what is the third leading cause of death in the US and then think about it. Decide for yourself if you're to be a passive participant or take a active role in your well being.
