4 Magnaflow Exhaust tips part number 35125. These are direct fitment for your stock exhaust. These were for my E90 but I sold it before I had a chance to install them. Brand new never used.

You can weld or use clamps. They will fit the E92 as you can adjust them to your liking.

Will these flush to the bumper on the e92 with diffuser or will they be sunken it?

These are weld on/clamp tips so you can adjust them to wherever you'd like.
