ATSC Tuner with 2011 LCI m3 CIC

So I did a search and I found a lot of info on the factory European option for a TV tuner on our cars but nothing on an ATSC solution to use with OEM CIC Nav. Does anyone have any idea if this is even possible? Is anyone offering a solution that would allow this? I have DVDinMotion coded and it seems to work ok.

Alternatively has anyone figured out a way to push video from either a hard drive, iPhone, or Android Phone to the CIC Nav screen?

Thanks!
