This fully loaded, manual-transmission 2009 BMW M3 Convertible was purchased as a BMW Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle in May 2012 after it came off of a lease. The Certified Pre-Owned Warranty covers major mechanical failures (see details at bmwusa.com) and is good through May 2015 or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. All majors services were just completed, and vehicle has a set of brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires on it.

• Non-smoker and accident free (AutoCheck report available upon request). -There is a small dent on the top of the trunklid (hardly noticeable, but please see photos).

All major services were just completed:

• 60k check-up completed at 56,440 miles
• Oil change completed at 54,000 miles; computer shows next oil change in 11,000 miles or April 2016.

The fully loaded, manual-transmission convertible is an extremely rare breed of M3 (BMW only ever sold about 2,000 manual convertibles from 2008-2013 in North America). This M3 may have slightly more miles than other '09s, but don't settle for a used M3 with a dull color combination and no warranty!
