AA signature xpipe review + bonus photo shoot

Had the AA signature exhaust with xpipe for a week now, and absolutely love it .
sounds amazing mid to high pitch sound if thats what one is looking for.
right at 2k rpm there is a tiny bit of drone or extra vibration sounds in cabin but other then that there is no drone just addicting sounds of the engine.
when cruising it sounds just like the oem quiet, once one steps on the gas you know immediately that its not oem but pure high performance sound.
catless xpipe does let out the emission odors. I will probably switch to cats in the future just not right now.
The best time to hear the exhaust is yes in a tunnel or under an overpass, but i found another spot when one can hear it really well is when there is a fence or wall next to the road and with wot she sounds amazing with the soundwaves bouncing off of the wall and into your ear.
performance is pretty good there is an extra pep when running her.

The new wheels are alufelgen 19's with kumho ecsta 275 35 19 rear and 255 35 19 in frt
h&r springs awesome drop in my eyes, nate at ind supplied the painted side markers and side gills. I forgot who i purchased the grille from
afe scoops and afe element.

and thats all let me know what you guys think.

Nice looking setup

I never understood why the right side of the AA canister and NCC sit lower on the right side. Are there clearance issues or is that just the way its engineered?

Thx guys yes i have noticed that the right ncc is a tad bit lower then the drvr side one, Omar might be able to explain why.

The sound with the catless xpipe is for sure F'1sh.

The best advise i can give someone in the market for one of these exhaust systems is to find a car in your local area ie car meet and see if its the sound you want, or other wise use the sound clips on the forum.

I also have the AA cat back and X-pipe, but I had the cats installed about 3 weeks after the initial system. The smell was killing my wife I have to agree though, The sound is amazing. I drive the car more now just to hear that sound. Its amazing how many folks in other high performance vehicles turn to look at the car when they hear me drive by. I really dig the backfiring noise as well....... Overall great system and the car is much more responsive in the mid range. The stock system was WAY TOO muted.

Looks sick. The springs make a big change. Titanium Gunmetal flows excellent with Silverstone.

That color does flow with the silverstone. I could've gone black but that woul,ve made it look too much like a wanna be race car imo.

Where in Miami do you live? I would like to hear and smell the difference between your catless x-pipe and an HFC X-pipe before I make a decision. I've riden in Omar from AA's car with the HFC x-pipe. Love to hear/smell yours before buying. Let me know, I'm in Kendall by Miami-Dade South Campus. Thanks
