S54 (e46 m3 and z4m) vf supercharger question

I'm looking into purchasing a vf supercharger for my z4m (s54).

Does anyone know if this kit will pass the obd2 portion of california's emission test? I'm not concerned with the visual portion.

Wrong forum, but your answer is simple, as long as no part of your kit throws a code, then it will pass obd.
