If it is what you say it is (I'm sure it is) why only selling to an enthusiast? Not that you will have to worry as it is a spec that anyone searching for an M3 would most definitely want it.

I just feel bad letting it go since it is such a good example. I searched for 6 months until I found this car. I would feel much better knowing it would be in the hands of someone who will continue to take care of it.

Where were you a year ago. I woulda bought this car in a heartbeat. Exactly what I was searching for. Ended up with an alpine white 08 under warranty for the same price.
I'm also thinking about getting rid of mine for an SUV but I can't get myself to do it. Either way, Good luck with future sale. |

What is your time frame to sell ?
I am in the beginning stages of looking for an e90/MT but am probably still a month or 2 out from being ready to pull the trigger. If this car is still around when I am ready to buy, I would definitely give that beauty some serious consideration. (although getting the car from WA to GA would be a challenge) Last edited by MikeyDawg; 11-19-2018 at 08:19 AM.. |

Hey everyone sorry for the long response. I have pretty busy days, and for some reason was unable to log in on my phone. I have a flood of PM's and I promise I will get to you guys asap.
The car has not been in any accidents, its clean title, I have not had the rod bearings done(personally I think it is a scam), throttle actuators seem fine and have not needed replacing. I am coming up on the 60k maintenance interval I have just been too busy to get it to the shop. I did an oil change myself at 57,836 miles. I do have the stock catalytic converter section but I sold the muffler to the shop I used to install. I am located in Bothell, WA. Also, I am not in a rush to sell just yet. I am waiting for numbers from a local dealer to see if I can make my new setup work. If it doesn't go through I may still decide to sell anyways. I will definitely keep you all posted. Awesome E90! I'm right next door to you in Kenmore...never seen your car around but it doesn't sound like you drive it much either.
My 2009 E90 M3 is only 139 cars/builds before yours according to the VIN! GLWS. I'd hold firm on that price, and I'm sure you're dealing with no shortage of tire kicking losers, that's just how it goes unfortunately. |

Bump for a clean E90 and the exact setup i was looking for! I actually bought my E90 back in February from Tacoma Washington and drove it all the way back to michigan. One of the things that would maybe give people a better peace of mind about the rod bearings is an oil analysis? If you havent had one done. I just know thats one of the main things i looked for when i bought mine. GLWS

All PM's replied.
jiggz Nice! I take my dog to the state park over there pretty often! You might see me around now that you know I'm here. R8T3D_M Thank you! I actually have an oil analysis and was going to do one on my first oil change. I sat there for the entire 20-25 minutes it takes to drain that huge pan, once it started dripping I remembered I had my kit to fill but it was too late. |
