Of course! Hope to get one of the first ones in WA. Blind brand loyalty! If it sucks, i'll find me a nice E92 with ZCP and DCT and call it a day until the following gen M3 rolls around...

Im taking a poll to find out if Im the only one who intend to keep this car when the next generation M3 arrives.
I plan to keep it and still buy the next M3 a year after it is out.

Agreed. Lots of factors that will effect that purchase. Just because I love BMW as a whole, doesn't mean I will buy their vehicles just because.

Unfortunatelly, what we (small number of people) don't like about BMWs new direction is liked by the rest (large number of people). So we loose by default. Sure, BMW can make both parties happy, which would cost them extra money, so they won't...

Thats a very enlightening Post-Poll Seattle! Thanks
Seems to me that like most we dont like the directions M3 is heading...
one thing in mind thought is that M3 really have very few options left without getting in M5 and M6 territory.

and now the reason for the new market that 1M popularity, agree?

I won't be buying another manual BMW for several reasons. Knee problems are the main one, but the 6MT is just not as good as it could be. Seems like BMW put all their effort into the DCT.

Notice he said "pools" as in http://www.innovativesolar.com/image...ar%20pool1.jpg.

I would let this slide if it wasn't for the irony of you calling me stupid.

You fail in humor.

P.S Who calls a 335i a "335i Turbo?"

This should be the case. People should not blindly buy a m3 because it is a m3. They should see if they like turbos and if they don't they should buy something else. Makes sense to me.

I plan on blindly buying the new M3. Why? Because after so many years, I trust BMW. I trust the M division will put out a car that I would love to own and it is almost always far more superior than the competition (overall) in that vehicle class. The F32 will have another perfect balance between performance, styling, DD-ability, and luxury.

That's what many of the early 335/N54 buyers thought too until they got their first hpfp issue. What about the early E46 M3 with blown engines??

I'll wait and see.

edit: E92 M3 was the exception. Solid model!

FWIW, I never once considered buying a 335. After going from my 325 to the E46 M3, i knew that M cars get treated and built a whole different way. The next one will be the best M3 yet. I know it.

After 3 M3's unless it is immediately superior to everything available within 50% of it's price range, I'm ready for a change....

Of course that's what I said after the E46 M3, and I'm glad I changed my mind!

You are absolutely welcomed to do that, but I wouldn't since I don't know trust BMW with turbos. I too am blindly buying the next 911. But to be fair, the 911 formula hasn't changed very much, so it isn't a night and day difference like with the e9x and the f3x m3.

All depends, but probably not (I need the sedan)... If they’d make a sedan, things would change: Variable forced induction + high altitude = win! Thin air really limits the NA engines.
