Vacuum line?

I know the top two vacuum pressure connections mount to the manifold. I have no idea where the red circled one mounts?? I can't find a connection anywhere! Thanks for any help. Here's the vin.

im pretty sure that goes into the purge valve. the thing at the bottom of the picture with the rubber around it.
