June Coupe Production Roll Call who has June build week

Ordered my AW m3 Coupe back in Feb. 9, 2008 and BMW Fields of Winter park told me they could get me in production around the last week of april. They recently called me and told me that I had a confirmed production slot for week 28, I laughed at them and told them I was canceling my order and getting my money back.

Before doing this, I of course called about 10 different delearships to see how soon I could get my M3. I hit the jackpot when I called Reeves in Tampa, and got a car that had a confirmed production week of 24. I'm currently status 112 for a 6mt and I'm guessing I'll receive my car sometime in mid July.

I called Friday and was still wk 24 so let's see and hopefully it comes fast. I heard someone on forum got theres in less then month according to what he said.

I called the 1800# 2 days agoand they told me I had a wk 24 but Production was started on May 30, at 6:53a.m.

They also said car will be done on the 7th

my production week is/was 23 which straddled the end of may and first part of june. as of this morning, my status is 152 - Paint Shop. Scheduled to be completed tomorrow.

Dont think I will check on my car until monday the 9th because if I hear the F'n Person at BMWUSA say its still on order. I will cancel my F'n Order. 75 days is soo long too wait and the shit hasnt even been built. I am just mad right now and want to take it out on the post lol.

Sorry about the wait, i think bmwAG ran out of white paint and red leather about 2 months ago. They should be restocked in June. Seriously, has your $tealer tried to get you a production slot?

I feel you on this one except I still got allot more mods to go, Remus exhaust,H&R springs,Hamann body kit, Gruppe intake, ahh just to name a few

yah 67 days has been enough time for me to get the mods lol. I have been waiting for this car since Sept 27 2006. I had to cancel my order at my original dealer cuz they screwed me over and wanted me to pay $2 grand over market so I switched to another dealer on 3/27/08 man it sucks.

shouldnt yours already start if you have 6mt? I had the choice to start over a month ago but I had to take DCT or 19s off. If I wanted both I would have to wait till wk 24 prod.

hang in there, bmwprince. i know firsthand how frustrating it is waiting for that VIN and notice that production has started.

i would call BMW every morning on my way to work and i swear that i was starting to get on first-name-basis with most of the Customer Relations peeps. But the morning they told me my car was in production, I about wrecked my car. I was amped the rest of the day. haha.

the problem now is that i'm super excited and the wait is going to be agonizing. but i at least am starting to feel it now. it's a good feeling knowing that by end of day tomorrow, my car will be finished.

If only they had DCT, I would think bout it. I need it by beginning of JULY but I know that not happening.Let us know updates when production is completed
