Motor mounts were shot, but trans mounts look ok. I'll leave them stock for now since they'll be replaced with something much harder in the future when I run a chassis mounted shifter.

Suspension phase 1: Coilovers, all the front arms, camber plates, rear weight jacks. Hoping to get that stuff done this week or next.

I can't wait to see how this new project continues on the e92 platform. Cheer up with the project!
Thanks!

Knowing you, this car will have a roll cage and a big wing soon.

Did you mean 15w50? That's what I'll be running in the future. Just put stock oil in there though for the meantime after we did the bearings etc... as the car has plenty of street miles ahead and I want to see how the stock cooling system holds up before deciding on radiator/oil cooler upgrades.

People keep saying this to me. I'm leaning more toward GT4 aero bits, don't want a massive wing on this car unless it becomes a fully dedicated race car.

I'll always regret not running sub 50 in that car! Really don't know what the M3 will do. It'll be a pretty basic setup when I head out to Buttonwillow for the first time, and not sure what tires will be on the car then. I'd guess it'll run a 56-57 with no aero and 200tw tires.

5w-50. I read somewhere that S65 owners were running this over the 10w60 due to tight bearing clearances. I'm probably getting it confused with something else.

Did you do any PPF or coatings over the wrap?

Nope, just on the carbon roof and mirror covers.

Nice!!! My Abarth was wrapped in the same color. Was planning to do the same color on my M3 but going a slightly different route.

So refreshing to see a proper M car with proper proportions and no exaggerated grille like the silly G82. Great build. Enjoy your new E92, the green wrap suits the car well.

Love it, Alex. Can't go wrong with green and it looks great. Would def recommend putting some kind of ceramic over the film to give a little bit of resilience and repelling of containment.
