Responded to your PM!

I have one pair of the V2 vents that are powder coated in flat black if you're interested.

You don't have any in CF do you? I love the design but am looking for more CF accents on my car, and I think for your vents, it would look really nice especially contrasted against the white paint of my car.

Unfortunately I do not. However, if you're looking for CF accents, people have successfully overlaid these with vinyl before bending. Simply trim between the slats and you have a nice CF-look surface.

Here's an example below. Some people have used a CF vinyl with a glossier finish which looks even better and more authentic than this.

Is there special forum pricing? I see the 129 ones On your site are the beta, bare metal versions. Def not the product you’re using to represent your product on here. I’d like a set but I feel I’ve fallen prey to the ole “bait and switch” sales tactic.

The vents come ship flat and unfinished as clearly described on the website. The first few photos of this post show unfinished vents, so I'm not sure how it's bait and switch.

The installed photos I've posted here were finished by the end user. This is figured into the cost of the part, and the unfinished vents are substantially lower priced than other vents on the market for these cars. The unfinished versions are geared towards the DIYer or people who aren't afraid of doing some paintwork.

I do have powder coated versions in stock if you want ones that are already finished. Obviously, there is a cost associated with finishing, hence the higher price for those.

Is there a solution to keep water out of these vents if it's raining or getting a car wash?

Unnecessary as the vents sit over the coolant/PS reservoir on the passenger side and the airbox on the driver side. There aren't any sensitive electronics in either of those areas. We have tested these in torrential rain without any issues.

We don't have an F85 specific vent, but one of the existing designs may work well. The vents do ship flat, so you could install them without bending any of the slats.

PM me with your email, and I could send a couple of templates over to test fit.
