Fuse Box Buzzing

Hello All,

So a strange issue going on with my 2009 E93. I am getting strange buzzing from the glove box, lights tend to not stay off after getting out of the car. Codes are coming up as:
A0A9 BSW System Error
A0BE
A0BF
A0C0
A0B4

Also, I had CarPlay added to the car and when they were working on the car, I had them take a video to show what they thought the buzzing was.

Any thoughts on this? I believe the CAS module needs to be replaced.

Actually found out that the Fuse is called a Smart Glow Fuse. Designed to glow. when blown. The shop replaced the fuse and did not blow again. So the video is no longer relevant in this case. Maybe LOL.

Hi, it was Fuse #8

Also to provide closure to my issue, replaced the CAS and everything is working fine now.

Who replaced your CAS? Looks like I need to go down that route.

I did the replacement locally as I have a Warranty (They didn't cover this work but had other things to do). I am located in Orange County, ca and went to Funfzehn.

I did find that either the coding pros located here on the coding forum or someone like bimmertechs can do this for around $150 from the quote I got. That would require you to purchase the part from BMW direct. They will need the VIN so they can code to VIN, DME and some other things I believe. You would then DIY the replacement and have one of the coders work with you remotely to put the rest in place.

Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions.
