IMO the color of the brake caliper should be black, red or tied to another accent color on your car (e.g. if you have orange side view mirrors, go orange...)

Other than red which looks great but is a bit "look at me" I think silver is the best bet

I went red. Complement the red interior, and only color StopTech recommends for track use (besides black).

Black calipers for the stealth look. They also won't discolor from the heat if you take the car to the track.
