Intermittent Whistle Coming From Engine

I have a very faint whistle sound from my engine bay area.

I'm 90% sure it's coming from either the belts or the pulleys

The sound gets overwhelmed by the engine when I take a video, but it only lasts for about 200-300ms on repeat every 2-3 seconds.

Any ideas?

Is it a constant whistle or only during acceleration? Take off the intake and plenum then start the car and see if the whistle is still there.

It's a constant whistle. if I accelerate, it will get louder but I'm only able to hear it under acceleration if there is a tall wall to my left echoing it back to my windows.

I will try that when I change my idle actuator later on this month.

Thanks for the potential fix.
I listened to what he said but I don't think it applies to me because I get the whistle noise even at idle without throttle.
