E-92 Control Arm Twist

Hi!

I have an annoying knock on my suspension when turning or driving slowly. Checked lower control arm and drop link. No play but a lot of twist, is this normal?

All those look normal. You can try to shake them instead of twist to see if they show any play. They have uniball ends and they articulate like that normally. Brand new units for that.
My best bet for noise is either top hat bearing o the top do the strut.

Thanks for the tips. Yeh shaking them does nothing, solid in tension / compression, they just twist.

How would you check top hat bearing / strut?

Similar fashion see if you can shake the top half. If not may need to remove to further inspect

I recently had a creaking sound from front suspension when turning at low speeds. Went away when I replaced the power steering fluid container. The container has a filter inside. Mine was dirty and not allowing proper fluid flow.

Do you have a part number for that?
I have a similar issue.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
