how much brake fluid?

hey guys, im about to order some of the Castrol SRF brake fluid for my car. how many bottles do i need?

Sorry for the nody qn, but why do you need to bleed the brakes before each event? What does this achieve and isn't this necessary (bleeding) if the brakes & fluid are stock?
