Insideline Reviews the 2012 C63 AMG Coupe

This is the first review I have seen. They seem to like the car.

Looks pretty nice, lets see how it does around the track.

+1. That may be the deal breaker for many.

An M3 is a better track car and marginally sharper in its responses, but the C63 is a way more pleasant everyday device. When it meets an RS5, I suspect it will pummel it, on anything less than compacted snow.
At least we know the RS5 is in last place

This entire article is subjective.
I'm not a fan of the looks but would love to see how it performs head to head with the M.

I'll have to see how it looks in person but the artists somehow screwed up how the wheels look compared to the car in addition to the whole quarter-panel needing to be redone. I mean they have all this styling going on else where on the car, and then there is the quarter-panel hanging out doing nothing...

That said, I suspect the M3 will be dominated performance-wise by this car. I know BMW will be rolling out their new M3 over the next 3-4 years but that doesn't do a damned bit a good right now does it? BMW really blew it with ZCP, they should have offered more.

Now I'm going to have to test drive this ugly Merc before I pull the trigger on a 2012 M3 just to make sure I hate the look of the Merc enough to give up that performance....
