Last E92/3 Produced in June
So as Philip and a few other people know from my old thread I am going through a trade assist with BMW becuase of problems on me wife's 335xi and I am upgrading to an M3....or so I thought...Its becoming extremely difficult obtaining an M3 already produced and apparently getting a production slot if self is getting hard and I was told today by my dealer last of current e9x's are June. I was told no production of a 2013 e9x M. Ive read differently elsewhere on here but he said BMW NA told him today def no 2013

Are you having HPFP problems on the 335? Regardless, you should ask for a buy back instead of a trade assist. Trust me! I went through the same thing with my 335. Several HPFP issues and BMW offered a trade assist which basically consisted of letting you out of the lease early penalty free and selling you a new car at invoice. This sounded like a good deal until I learned of the buy back program. Under the buy back program I got my payments back for the 2 years that I was having problems (minus mileage and fees). They didnt sell me my new car at invoice anymore but that is not really a problem for you because you can get a great deal for near invoice from Golfferr anyway. In the end, BMW cut my a check for 15k that I used as a deposit for the M. Buy back is usually a WAY better deal but BMW isnt going to tell you about it unless you ask.

This info is wrong. There will be a 2013 E92/3 M3.
Matt Russell told us back in January: "The car is not at the end of the production. We have the car until 2013 [calendar year] as a coupe and convertible". We can confirm nothing has changed since, so -- again -- there will be a 2013 E92/3 M3. Best regards, south

Maybe someone can ask M brand manager Matt Russel. Supposedly he was the one to confirm that there was going to be a 2013 E9x model year Like BMW never changes their plans. Right. My dealer also confirmed w/BMWNA. No 2013 e9X. M3 model year.

Think about the simple facts. Very little of the base coupe and convertible have been seen testing regularly, so the car isn't finalized, and hasn't been shown in concept of near production format. They are not going to go without a coupe in the 3 series for an entire year as they finish development and ramping up production tooling. It's their volume selling, they have to have a car for people to buy, so the E92 will be around in '13.

I believe there will be a 2013 e9x M3. The current M3 only have 4 years from 2008-2012. Bmw usually introduce a new generation every six years.

So I have bad news and good news
The shitty news is that after two weeks of searching for an already allocated or produced m3 there was no luck in getting a dealer allocate/trade. The good news that there will be a 13 M3 (maybe) The best news is that after contacting BMW NA again my dealer was able to get a production slot for week 17!! About time!! On order a Mineral White M3, black with cacrbon leather, competition package, premium, cold weather, dct, sat and factory installed carbon fiber performance spoiler and black grills
