bmwfs "bank fee" question

From what I understand BMWFS charges a standard $725 "bank fee" on BMW leases.

I'm trying to figure out - does BMWFS charge this same $725 bank fee on other financing methods as well?

For example, if I purchase the BMW or financed the BMW through the BMW Owner's Choice program then will BMWFS charge me the same $725 bank fee?

The vast majority of members here probably lease but I'm hoping that someone here can speak from experience regarding alternate financing methods with BMWFS.

That's the lease acquisition fee. I'm not aware of any fees for other forms of financing.

Ah - thanks! That might make OC more attractive than leasing since it will automatically be $725 cheaper.
