For sale is my beloved, well maintained and cared for Lime Rock Park Edition ///M3 a.k.a. "LIM3ROK."
I haven't driven it much since acquired (~4k miles) so it's time that it finds a new home.

Third Owner (the car was sold to/purchased from/and sold to EAG by the 2 prior owners)
Current Mileage: 31,510. May go up slightly if I drive it on weekends.
Non-smoker, no pets/kids.
Never tracked or launched on my watch and no visible "track marks" to suggest so by the prior owners.
Top tier gas only (Mobil 1 or Shell).
Washed and detailed by hand, always garaged.
Clean title and fully owned, no accidents or stories.
Carfax available for serious buyers (downloaded it couple of days ago).
Rod Bearings done (BE + ARP bolts).
PPI at your place of choice/expense.
Cons: minor curb rush under front bumper, some pitting on the front carbon fiber splitters, few minor blemishes on the front hood (arrived as such from EAG, none caused on my watch). We can discuss remedying those pre-purchase or a credit towards reconditioning.

Pros: Everything!

Selling "as is" and not interested in trades, swaps, parting out the plenum or elbow, etc.
Prefer local sale but willing to ship at buyer's expense.
Located in Fairfield County, CT.

Adding additional information based on questions:

The car is completely stock except the Dinan elbow and Eventuri plenum.
Original plenum will be included with the sale.
Old RBs, engine mounts, plugs will be included also as proof of repair.
Extensive receipts and maintenance records included in the EAG folder.
The car has been maintained by a local BMW master tech for side jobs (RBs, oil changes) or by specific techs at the local dealer, BMW of Bridgeport, who care and properly torque all of their work!

Come get the car before I change my mind…

The person or entity that's willing to pay is the most deserving buyer.

Nothing about them are crooks, I know it's frustrating to be outbid. These unique cars have EAG to thank for maintaining demand at higher prices.

Fantastic Presentation. I too bought a LRPE from Eric at EAG and remain extremely happy with my purchase.

Ladies and Gentlemen- let's not turn this thread into a needless EAG bashing free-for-all.

I am not affiliated with them whatsoever but happen to support their business model as a happy customer. Only the finest, most maintained and collectible examples are carefully procured, thoroughly reconditioned and, yes, sold at premium prices to demanding customers who take pride in fine BMW ownership!

They want their car back but I'd rather it go to a deserving collector for a lower price. I'm not in a hurry and don't need the money. Eric spent over an hour interviewing me over the phone prior to agreeing to relinquish the keys. It was a surprising and refreshing experience and I'll pay it forward. If you don't believe me, try me! If I don't get the warm fuzzies, you won't be getting the keys even if you offer more than the asking price!
This is a special car and it needs its next custodian to be attentive, maintain it well, and continue its legacy!

My heart aches for Eric's loss and may EAG continue to build upon his legacy. The community lost a true enthusiast.

So back to the business at hand…

So I've been getting offers at 65k. Just to save everyone the time, don't bother. I can go as low as 75 and I hope the credit goes towards reconditioning the underside of the front bumper and CF splitters.
Else I'll sort those out in the Spring.
The car won't see much more driving this year…busy with a new job and overseas real estate project.

I just might thank you all if no one buys it!

Good hunting…

Awesome car… if it were closer to me (located in Portland,OR) I would definitely pick this car up. Just the way it is described by the OP sells me with how meticulous I am about cars as well. GLWS.

Hi - don't be afraid to expand your search (not saying this because I'm selling). My wife and I bought the GTS sight unseen from a dealer in Florida. It arrived in an enclosed trailer exactly as described with no issues. Granted it's trickier with private buyers...
I had to wire the funds to EAG before receiving the car, that took some FAITH regardless of the reputation which of course delivered

Total love affair...maybe in another life!

No clue what the car is worth, just an educated guess based on 1 particular offer that will be turned around in no time and listed at the usual rates!

I don't need the money but it doesn't mean I'll give the car away.
So i'll say it again, it's a chance to own better than EAG quality at below EAG rates.
And if it doesn't sell, I'll enjoy it and continue to restore and maintain it.
A true win-win situation!

Hi all,

I have been receiving questions and requests about pictures of the underbody (exhaust, engine area, etc.), the slight pitting on the hood, the condition of the rims following the swap of the tires, and the darkness % of the tints.

Pictures have been uploaded.
The tints are XPEL XP Prime: Windshield 45%, elsewhere 20%.
The film provides infra red heat rejection of > 90%.

Additional maintenance receipts have been digitized and available on request, as well as the clean CarFax report...

Very cool, your car is the next VIN after mine (which is also an EAG car.) Love those guys!

Might be time of year - spring will be better. Also this would do well on BAT if they give you a fair reserve.

Bump
BAT determines the reserve and not the seller?
