The car was checked out at BMW Dallas about a month ago when I brought it in, it needs nothing at this point.

No formal PPI has been done, that is typically done by the buyer at their expense if they want it.

The F80 is here! The E90 is in storage and will not be driven regularly until sold. Current mileage is about 54,800 +/-

To be honest I haven't made a real effort to sell it since my new M3 wasn't here yet and my wife needed this car to drive. Now that the new car is here I'll probably be a bit more motivated to sell it.

However it's now in secure storage, paid off and I have the title in hand and not dying for the cash so I'm not going to sell it below market which is where it's listed.

Bump, will sell the car with everything for 39K. That's 37K for the car/warranty till May 2016 and 2K for the extras but I will not split the car and intake/exhaust currently since they are both installed.

Very nice and clean car. You mention this was your wife´s car so it´d be safe to assume no track days no redlines, etc... (that is hard to do on an M3 though) Some people (including myself) might be interested in the history of the car to assess the mechanical condition of it. I´d rather buy a car that was never raced as to reduce the risk of future failure due to stress.

Full disclosure, yes was my wife's car but my wife is a bad*ss. The car has been used for HPDE a handful of times (less than 5). It served 95% as a daily driver at low RPM's on local roads as she does not drive fast on the street. She averaged about 21 mpg mostly city and it was certainly not abused.

There are many cars never driven hard but also neglected and there are cars that have been driven hard occasionally that have intensive upkeep, this is one of them.
