Victoria meets/cruises?

Hi, do any Vancouver island residents ever do meets or cruises in Victoria? Do you guys get in on other group meets like revscene or anyone else? Looking to socialize with more car nerds, my wife is tired of hearing about car stuff.

I know there's at least one M3 on the island...meet him when I was up there...
As for your wife getting tired of hearing about your M3, that's what girlfriends are for

I'm on the mainland, I was in Victoria with my 335i earlier this year.

I would love to meet other E9X owners, it sucks that we don't really have a car scene in Vancouver

Everything Thursday night there is a huge car meet at Market Crossing in Burnaby, marine drive and byrne rod. Usually there are well over 100 cars from various local car clubs and they take up the entire parking lot and then some. For couple of years they been meeting on the main side where Mcdonalds and Tim Hortons is. But in more recent times, they been getting into trouble with the size of the group and etc... so they're across the street where Winners is.

Unfortunately it is full of kids showing off their rides and starting problems. Check out revscene.com, all the info are posted somewhere there. I only been a few times with friends.

OH, I remember seeing this meet once when I was younger after my sisters graduation, this is pretty close by to me. I'll definitely try to go out and meet some more E9X owners, if you ever decide to go again let me know, I'd love to meet up.

I’m on the mainland as well, but occasionally visit the island for work/friends and would participate if it worked timewise (maybe not the Malahat in winter

)

I live close by and I often go for coffee there.

I'm in the Central area. Only ever really been in that area to go to a friends house or when I was test driving an Explorer, the sales associate tried to use that auto park feature and failed.
