Okay people i know you've discussed it, but what would you guys recommend me doing with M Performance exhaust?
1) Akrapovic Evo x-pipe with adapters? 2) Challenge sport x-pipe same as Akrapovic but different material 3) Mastermind Street 4) hated the test pipes (rattle sound from x-pipe) want a bolt on I know somebody has tried Challenge sport with MPE but i wanna hear peoples experiences & exhaust tone. |

I know this was a while back but does anybody know if this video (gray car on right) was the Akrapovic Evo x-pipe or Akrapovic GT4 x-pipe with the MPE?

He's asking if the MPE-equipped car has the EVO xpipe, which has two cats and two resonators, or the GT4 xpipe, which is basically just two titanium tubes

As is, the Akra x-pipe does not have the same type of connection to the rear section, as the Akra rear section uses a straight-pipe slip connection. You would need to source a set of adapters like those below. Check with Gordon.M3 to see if he still has any available.

The best setup is test pipes on an OEM x-pipe with this exhaust, This is Gordon.m3's video on his youtube with that setup.
If you dont want to mess with your primary cats I would go with the RKP street X-pipe(challange street x-pipe). |

I'm not sure why you say this sounds good. Its nothing but rasp once any amount of throttle is applied, which this video shows off very well. It absolutely ruins what the MPE is supposed to sound like.

Sound then is obviously personal preference then isn't it, hence why I gave videos for your own assessment.
