Cold weather package, Technology package, Premium package, electronic damping control, 19inch wheel. Brand new tires and brakes. 6 speed manual transmission. Very rare car. Always garaged. Must see and drive. Serviced at BMW until Certified warranty expired. There is a increased emissions code that come on in colder temperatures. It does not impact performance. The car is 100% stock and original. No modifications. The deposit after auction is not refundable. I do not do financing. Looking for a cash deal. Selling only because I am looking for a coupe. Willing to trade for a GTR or M3 coupe. No other trades.

I would also recommend posting the P-code(s) that it's setting. The condition you describe sounds like a sticking thermostat.
