Thanks guys!
Yes, only 14k miles. By carfax the car looks like was weekend driver with regular maintenance.
I already scheduled 2 recalls (Airbag and blower wiring) to be done.

Looking into warranties i found out best one is from Fidelity and I got the quotes.
Now i am thinking should i get Gold Plus or Platinum.
Can't find what the difference between both of them except navigation (maybe speakers) and headlights.

Yes, the plan is to get LCI taillights soon, also:
- tint windows
- add a backup camera (maybe front as well)
- replace front grill for black ones
- hide bumper yellow side markers
- cover keyholes
- upgrade halo lights (maybe just bulbs, didn't research yet)
- wheels and tires (not soon). Thinking to get Forgestar - F14 or similar style

But all this in no rush. Plenty of time for this

I have the best of both worlds. I have an M3 for fun weekend drives and track use. I got a B8.5 A4 for every day driving and long drives.

My A4 has the S Line, Sport package so the only real difference between it and the S4 is that it has a different engine and an open rear differential. The interior on the Audi is way better than the M3. It is a very relaxing place to be while offering a very solid German driving feel. But it doesn't corner like the M3 and it isn't a very willing dance partner on twisty roads. I would not want to drive the A4 on track.
