Does ANYONE know if the M3 Concept at Geneva is identical to the production model other than the CSL wheels?????

Some:

-Alcantara steering wheel cover in concept
-Shift knob different
-Real CF transmission tunnel cover (interior)
-Rear diffuser outlet "grating" mesh is more dense on production
-Antenna cover on concept is CF
-Lower lip of diffuser outlet (MAY BE) more flat on production
