Door panel replacement / part #

I swapped my M3's interior to FR, but I nicked the leather on the top of the driver's side door card somehow (maybe in transit when it was picked up) and its bothering me and has to be replaced.

Would this panel fit the E92 M3?

Is the E92 M3 door panel the same part # as other E92 models?

Different part #. Yes, it will fit your car but it will not match the other door panel. The styling is just a bit different and possibly the leather inserts as well.
