Finally... took some photos of my car!

Nice photos!

All you have to do is post the same thing in the owners gallery. Copy and paste this post if you want. It's pretty easy.

Thank you sir. The tints are from factory under 'sun protection glass', which applies only to the rear quarters and back window. As far as I know it is illegal to tint the front or driver / passenger windows.

I wouldn't display my number plate like that on the internet. There are criminals out there.

Sure, did think of that, but concluded that there are loads of people who see my plate every day anyways.

Nice photos BUT.....

Couldn't help noticing some cleaning induced swirling on the roof photo...Is this a dealer extra or self imposed!!!

Haven't ever cleaned the car myself yet. The swirl seems to come and go cause of the colour depending on how it is cleaned and who does it, so far dealer or local hand wash place. Any ideas?

  • Make sure that nothing other than quality microfiber touches the paint.
  • Zaino properly applied does wonders on darker paint.
  • Have only one or two specific people that clean/detail the car.

...just some ideas from an ex-JB owner who went nuts trying to keep the black looking like glass.

Jerez Black...Looks great! How do you think the contrast between JB and the CF roof looks in person vs. in photo?

Finally! Been looking forward to these pics for a while. The car looks great, and I'm also interested in the question posed just above.

Btw, Owner's Gallery has been updated. If you PM me with the date you took delivery I'll move ya up to the proper order you received the car in.

I would have thought it was to improve cooling of the front brakes.

I would have thought the same, but I think I see aluminum behind the plastic fins...plus this is the location of the ext. oil cooler on the standard e92. Still would be curious to know for sure.
