DCT Side Pan
I've got a weepy DCT side pan which I think technically is called a mechatronics cover? I'm looking to get this fixed before my first track day. Was thinking of going with the Fall-Line bottom pan at the same time.
From the aftermarket options I see Slon makes a side cover but nobody else? Do most people stick with OEM and just replace the gasket as needed? I see also SSP has a Viton gasket but you have to buy it with their bottom can gasket for the screaming deal of $400. What have other folks done when you have a leaky DCT side pan on your track car?

I replaced it with the slon side cover, like the bottom one.
Yes, another option is getting the SSP gasket but $400 seems insane for a couple pieces of rubber. Given how successful the slon dct bottom pan is in track cars I would get that vs the fall line |

I haven't noticed side pan leaking but had it swapped with the Slonik side pan while the rear subframe was dropped. Also had the shop do that mechatronics O-ring replacement DIY that someone posted.

Fall Line makes a pan and is close to releasing a side cover. The Fall line pan uses a gasket and Slon uses Loctite sealant. Slon has a bit more oil capacity but it sits lower and becomes a low point of contact under the car. My Slon pan made contact with the pavement a few times. Fall Line has provisions to add an auxiliary oil cooler (they take advantage of that with their race builds). Fall Line is made in the USA and SLON is Russia I believe. That makes communication and shipping a hassle with SLON.
Overall the SLON pan served its purpose for me. I did experience some DCT issues with the SLON + CSF cooler combo. SLON did its job but CSF was not effective. The D088 cooler combined with Fall-Line would be what I would choose if starting over.
