Oil leaks at 30k miles

My 2013 has 4.5 years and 30,000 miles on the clock.

I just had my oil pan gasket replaced. It was leaking, and not just a little bit. Two or three pancake-sized oil spots on the pavement every time I parked it.

Also P/S valve cover was cracked so that needed replacement with a new gasket.

And the power steering pump was leaking, so they replaced that too.

Ouch. Glad I bought an extended warranty last fall when the BMW warranty ran out. Assurant Solutions, through USAA, great price on the warranty and they covered it all (after they sent their own inspector out to look at it). I spent a week driving the dealership's X4 loaner.
